Glam Girl Extensions can be reused up to 5 years with proper care and maintenance. Extensions can be washed, blow dried, curled, flat ironed, and colored all while maintaining its original beauty and vitality.

Our hair is 100% virgin hair that has not been processed. You can color the hair, however once virgin hair is treated in any way it is not longer virgin hair. Be sure to keep hair conditioned and moisturized.

Using good shampoo and conditioner on your raw hair extensions is the main key to maintaining your extensions so you can get the most out of them and look good doing it. We suggest using clarifying shampoo (i.e., Aussie Miracle Moist) and conditioner.

Once your order has been completed, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. When placing an online order, both your billing and shipping addresses must match for order processing. Once your package is released to the courier, Glam Girl Extensions is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact shipping carrier and provide them with your information to file a lost shipment report. If you have received an inaccurate order such as the wrong length, quantity or texture, please contact us for further assistance.
